Returns Policy

  1. Contact your Cambrionix sales representative for your RMA form and unique RMA returns number.
  2. Return your faulty product with the RMA form filled out.
  3. Once received our technical team will inspect the unit and report their finding’s back to your sales representative.
  4. A replacement unit will be dispatched within 48 hours as long as the fault is within our warranty policy.
