- Contact your Cambrionix sales representative for your RMA form and unique RMA returns number.
- Return your faulty product with the RMA form filled out.
- Once received our technical team will inspect the unit and report their finding’s back to your sales representative.
- A replacement unit will be dispatched within 48 hours as long as the fault is within our warranty policy.
