<description>This news item has been manually added in by hand... but "through" Contribute. Like the "ticker" on the homepage, the XML file this RSS runs off is editable in Contribute, but has to use a 3rd Party app to do so. It basically opens up the XML file in "code view" as a plain text file - where the new content can be added. It's pretty basic (that some minor code understanding will be needed) and will need manual updating, but that's because the site is not running off of a back-end database (where the content for this file could be generated on-the-fly from that data).</description>
