Payment options

National or International bank transfer.

We accept bank transfer as our preferred method of payment. All transactions must be in GBP (British Pounds).

If you wish to pay via national or international bank transfer please email our sales team or call us on +44(0)1223 422 249 and we will supply an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) form which contains all of the details you will need.

Credit Card Payments and Information Security.

For the greatest level of customer security, payment by credit or debit card is conducted by telephone discussion between the customer and a member of our sales team who will transfer verbally-provided details directly to our credit handlers over encryption-secured data link (SSL). For this purpose we reserve the right to request additional details in order to authenticate and process such transactions.

Without exception, we (Cambrionix Ltd) do not store credit or debit card details in any form whatsoever, either on our servers or off-line. Future credit or debit card transactions will therefore require re-submission of your card details by phone to our sales team.

Credit accounts are normally subject to a period of trading history with Cambrionix although in some instances this can be bypassed. Please email our sales team or call us on +44(0)1223 422 249 if you wish to discuss opening a credit account.
