Cambrionix products are extremely reliable but it is still possible that either a hardware or user problem may occur. In the first instance you should take a look through the Troubleshooting Guide and retry your unit where necessary.
If the fault persists, please print out and fill in the relevant returns form (see below). Return this with the device to your Cambrionix representative. Once received our technical team will inspect the unit and report their finding’s back to your sales representative. A replacement unit will be dispatched within 48 hours as long as the fault is within our warranty policy.
