We are rolling out a Brand Refresh in 2019. Since its launch over 10 years ago, our brand has served us very well as we've grown and developed.
In today’s technology landscape, a lot has changed, and we need to ensure we keep up. So smart balanced branding and clear communications is vital.
Goals
We are marketing our products and services both to people who have technical know-how and to those who don’t. This means we have to tailor their marketing to our target audience, making what we do clear, without losing the authenticity of our expertise.
We have clear goals for our brand - Clarity. Innovation. Trust. Nothing major then!
How
Firstly, we sought to understand our brand, our customers and how our solutions can help solve their challenges and problems.
We looked at the common questions we receive and sought to improve our customer’s experience online, making the product information clearer and more transparent.
This is an ongoing process, and this is the first step in making it easier for customers to do business with us and a first step as we move towards a more solution-based offering.
What
We investigated everything.
Starting at the beginning, we redefined our core values:

We developed a new way of communicating our products and content, conveying our personality:

Smart : An expert.
Trusted : Supportive and responsive.
Approachable : Friendly and easy to understand.
Witty : Challenging normality and creative.
Our logo, colour palette and fonts were also redesigned, so we have a new identity across all platforms, combined with a new website.
When
Our new website and identity will launch in early 2019, followed by a refresh of our products.
This is a big job, so this refresh will continue to roll out across every platform throughout the year.
