Charge four Type-C downstream USB devices at up to 60Watts per port. The Type-C USB hub complies with Power Deliver (PD) 2 specifications and supports 15/27/45/and 60Watt power delivery at up to 3A.

The USB hub supports BC1.2 and most common charging protocols as well as Power Delivery 2 specifications, allowing any compliant device to be charged at the maximum rate permitted by the manufacturer and USB specifications.

Type-C Power Delivery.
This industrial USB Type-C USB hub can offer up to 60W per port up to a total of 192W. This 192W is our power ‘budget’ and is split between the four downstream ports and the upstream host port as required by the connected devices.
The budget allocation means devices receive as much power as they like until there is not enough for a newly attached device. At this point the highest-powered device gets its allocated power reduced to 27W.
The 27W is allowed to be taken as 9V @ 3A, 12V @ 2.25A or 15V @ 1.8A. If at a later time there is sufficient unallocated power to allow for 60W to be offered, a device that has been limited will be offered 60W. If the Firmware determines that a connected device will not use all of its allocated power then that spare power is returned to the power budget.
The connected device will be told that it cannot increase its power usage above that which is in the present USB PD2.0 contract as negotiated between the device to be charged and the PDSync-4.
Complete data management & control
The USB hub works independently to the Operating System (OS) and can transfer data on all common operating systems, such as iOS, Android, Chromebook and Microsoft. Many versions of Linux are also supported.
When transferring data, connect the PD4 to your host computer and connected devices will appear as if they were connected to the computer’s USB port.
Our software helps you manage and monitor mobile devices. Our three independent software controls (API, LiveViewer App and CLI) allow you to:
- Capture device information (Serial number, Device ID, Vendor ID)
- Capture instantaneous and cumulative current, power and voltage
- Provide elapsed time on charge
- Switch individual ports between charge, charge & sync, sync only and off
