  • 1) A returned product with ‘no fault found’ or ‘out of warranty repair/replace’ will be liable for return shipping costs. These costs are to be paid by the customer.

    2) Please return product, power supply, cables and plugs.

    3) Warranty is void if the product enclosure is opened.

    4) Attach any information relevant to the returned unit to this form.

  • Once Cambrionix Ltd have received your RMA form, a shipping collection will be booked in for the day/time your facilities are open and sent to the email address provided.

    This will include the shipping label, commercial invoice (if applicable) and RMA form you completed.

    Please ensure you attach all documents onto the returning box. (x4 copies of commercial invoice).
