Series 8. Software Support Ends.

The Series8 product was discontinued from our range in 2018 and as a general rule we usually only offer software support for discontinued products for the first year following the end-of-sale date. 

Software support has now ended.

The Series8 product was end-of-life and discontinued from our USB hub range in 2018. 

This EoL (End of life) support was extended until the end of 2019 to enable customers to continue to benefit from our latest software updates, bug fixes and ongoing support.

This means the Series8 is no longer supported  and is now a Cambrionix legacy product.

Customers with the Series8 can keep using the product after support ends — they should continue functioning in the near-term — or replace them with a modern Cambrionix product.

All our new/latest products will continue to get new features and services as they’re released via regular software updates.
