We're hiring: Logistics Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to manage the logistics and supply chain functions of the Operations team.

You will need to be comfortable with managing our overall supply chain, inventory, product fulfilment and our returns processes.

You will also be expected to be proactive in suggesting ways to improve and streamline our processes to be as efficient and effective as possible.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience within a supply chain role and experience of logistics and shipping across the UK, US and Europe.

You must also be able to demonstrate advanced use of Excel and formula skills.

Responsibilities

• Management of our supply chain to ensure uninterrupted product fulfilment
• Inventory accuracy at our fulfilment warehouses for effective distribution
• Management of UK and USA 3PL fulfilment operations
• Managing our returns processes
• Maintaining our Customs compliance for all shipping activities.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in supply chain and inventory management role
• Experience of managing 3PL’s
• Experience in managing customs processes and requirements/documentation for importing and exporting goods
• ‘Customer First’ attitude
• Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
• Proactive attitude to rectify issues and ensure on-time deliveries
• Experience of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate required skills
• Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

£35-45k depending on experience
