Desktop products
Connect the Power Supply Unit (PSU) to the product using the 4-pin DIN plug.
Connect the mains cable to the PSU. Making sure you adhere to local safety regulations, connect the mains cable to the 100 – 250 Vac mains power outlet and switch the product on using the small power switch located adjacent to the power input connector on the UBS hub. When the device is switched on, a red LED will be illuminated. The product is now ready to charge attached devices.
Rackmount products
Making sure you adhere to local safety regulations, connect the mains cable to the mains power supply and switch the mains supply on. The TS3-16 is now ready to charge attached devices.
Plug hub into the mains power, then connect the hub to your host PC or laptop with a data transfer cable using the host port, then connect any device to one of the USB hub manufacturer-advised cable.

Complete the form, filling in your details accurately. Once this is completed, your query will then go to one of our technical team.
If we can’t fix this issue remotely, we will then create something called an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation), and get the item sent back to us and evaluated by our engineers.
As long as it’s plugged into mains it will charge your device. You do not necessarily need to be plugged into a PC or Laptop to charge your device.
This is because our technology within the device is able to function without direction from a PC or Laptop.
