Does ThunderSync3-C10 support Apple DFU mode?
Yes, it supports one-click multi-device DFU mode for Apple silicon Macs and USB-C iOS devices.
To access the DFU mode, the hub must be registered in our Connect software, as it has the functionality needed to conduct firmware restoration and device provisioning fast and easy across multiple devices simultaneously.

What kind of devices can I connect to it?
You can connect any USB-C devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, IoT hardware and embedded devices. Our hubs are device-agnostic and work with both Android and Apple in the same setup.

How many devices can I connect at once?
The ThunderSync hub connects up to 10 USB-C devices at once. You can daisy-chain up to six hubs via the Thunderbolt extension port to manage and operate up to 60 devices simultaneously from a single host computer.

What operating systems are supported?
The hub is fully compatible with macOS, Windows and Linux systems. Cambrionix Connect software also operates from any modern browser, providing cross-platform management flexibility.
