FAQ

  • Do the ThunderSync hubs support DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode?

    Not at this time. DFU mode support, power management, and automations will be part of Connect Premium software, which is currently in development.

  • Is it necessary to use Connect to operate Cambrionix hubs?

    Using Connect software is optional, but it’s strongly recommended to make the most of your Cambrionix hubs. It provides intelligent functionality, including remote monitoring, power management, detailed device insights and fleet-wide visibility that would otherwise be unavailable.

  • Is my data secure with Cambrionix hubs and software?

    Yes. Connect is built with modern security best practices, including encrypted communications and access control. Only authorised users can view or modify your organisation’s hub and device data.
