Financial Manager

Dave is a part-qualified accountant with over ten years’ experience across finance roles spanning management accounting, financial control, and commercial business partnering. He brings deep experience in cash management, advanced financial modelling, analytics, and strategic decision-making at both operational and board levels.

His background includes supporting an AIM listing (Draper Esprit PLC, now Molten Ventures) and working closely with venture-backed companies, helping businesses build robust finance processes aligned with investor requirements. Dave has worked with early-stage companies to established SMEs across financial services, manufacturing, and SaaS.

Dave is also a trained Mental Health First Aider, with a genuine passion for supporting people and building healthy, high-performing teams — as enthusiastic about developing individuals as he is about spreadsheets. Outside of work, he's an avid sports fan who enjoys being outdoors, either up a big hill with his dog or mastering his BBQ at sea level.
