Gordon is a Deloitte-qualified Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience in Cambridge-based technology companies. 

He was part of the team involved in the NASDAQ listing of Smallworld and was CFO when Ubisense (now IQGEO) listed on AIM. He has been involved in numerous private funding rounds, including the raising of £65m for UbiNetics and in excess of £100m for Pragmatic Semiconductor.

Gordon has also been involved in numerous M&A deals that have given him exposure to accounting in 20 countries around the world.
