Chairman of the Board

Steve is a seasoned technology executive and has spent his career in the technology sector scaling up businesses before embarking on a non-executive career. As a business leader and technologist, he has led the creation of many new products and services as well as expanding into several new markets while holding senior executive roles at Dialogic, Intel Corporation, Polycom and Barco. Steve has lived and worked extensively overseas in Los Angeles, New York City, Brussels, Paris and London, as well as leading multi-functional teams in India, China and Latin America, driving revenues up to $600M.

Today, as a non-executive, Steve consults with technology companies on growth, international expansion and turnaround. He was Chairman of Electrosonic Group, a global audio-visual professional services company, as well as a non-executive board member at Datapath Ltd and Helvar Oy Ab. Steve entered the high-tech field after graduating as an electronics engineer, designing military radios and electronic warfare systems at Racal in the UK. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham and is a native of Liverpool, UK.
