Engineering updates
Technology is a wonderful thing, but we know that glitches can happen. We want our customers to have the most seamless, stable experience with our products, so we wanted to provide some useful advice as to how to get the best performance from your hubs.
First up, please be aware that your computer may need updates for its Thunderbolt™ ports to function correctly.
Our engineering team have spent time observing issues and have found a direct correlation between improved performance and stability, and using the most up-to-date Thunderbolt firmware with Cambrionix hubs.
To ensure your hub functions correctly, we recommend downloading the latest Thunderbolt firmware.
