Great news for USA customers - now shipping from new USA Woodinville depot

We are excited to share that we are now shipping and fulling all US orders from our new Woodinville depot located in King County, Washington, USA. This solves a big pain point for our US customers who have faced long lead times and higher shipping costs. The depot is already stocked with pallets of our USB hubs from our UK warehouse, with distribution across the USA beginning immediately. As a result, the new Woodinville hub will provide consistent landed costs, no customs involvement and typical fulfilment times will now be 2-5 days from order, rather than 1-2 weeks from the UK, meaning faster delivery times for all US customers overall. This, among other benefits, is solidifying Cambrionix as the preferred choice for resellers, distributors and direct purchasers of USB hubs, the world over.

Benefits of our Woodinville hub

We’ve sent pallets of our Thundersync 3-C10, Supersync 15, and shortly, our Thundersync3-16 USB hubs (which is flying off the shelves so fast we’re struggling to keep stock levels in our UK distribution hub) to our Woodinville depot. Our new Woodinville depot will;

  • Eliminate custom delays on our USB hubs
  • Reduce your delivery and lead times
  • Achieve consistency in landed costs
  • Receive delivery of your USB hubs as quickly as 2 days

How the ordering process works

When you place an order for one of our USB hubs, the inventory is allocated from either our UK warehouse or our new Woodinville hub (whichever is closer). This is done from in-situ assets, wherever possible, so there are no additional delays before shipping. The team will pick and pack your order and book a delivery slot with our domestic shipping provider. For our Woodinville hub, we use UPS Ground as standard, but faster shipping services are available if you need your USB hubs quicker and are inclined to pay a premium for speedy shipping. Previously, we’d be sending your order from the UK and this would create delays if our courier couldn’t get in touch with the contact on the shipping label for customs purposes. Now, that’s all eliminated with a seamless process that gets your order into your hands faster than ever before.

Now, you can order our USB hubs with the confidence that you’ll experience faster delivery and more consistent landed costs; regardless of where you are in the USA.
