Working to make life easier for customers

What would make every day easier for you? This is a question we are constantly challenging ourselves to answer, and hopefully we are making good progress, delivering innovation, product and service upgrades designed to help our customers to do business more easily every day.

Here are a few of the things we’ve been working on this month.

Cambrionix Software

We recognise that remote access to be able to monitor your USB hubs and devices is important, and we’re on a mission to make this even easier for you. We’re currently in the process of enabling a way in which you’ll be able to interact with your hubs and devices using the operating system and device of your choice - without having to install any software.

As you can probably imagine, this isn’t a quick task but we’re making progress in being able to make it a reality for you. We’re also going to ensure that you’ll be able to use the existing Cambrionix hubs you already have by making this compatible with all our existing products.

Check out our latest software here: Manage Your Devices With Cambrionix Software

This is just one of the many ways in which our programmable hubs provide many added benefits. If this is a feature you’ll want to use, let us know what functionality would help you most so we can prioritise our feature rollout.

Command Line Interface

Cambrionix USB hubs are programmable and can be controlled using the software that we provide. They can also be used directly without any software using our command-line interface, enabling you to easily deploy your own solutions. We’re currently reviewing our command-line interface (CLI) with the view to enhance and add further functionality. We’ll be bringing more on this during this year so watch this space!

Programming Manuals

We’re continuing to make it easier for your team to interface systems with our USB products and to enable you to achieve your goals more quickly.

We understand that developers can find it easier to understand a new product by reading about it in their own language; that’s why we’re rolling out our programming guides in several supported languages. As we roll out these new versions of our programming guide, if there are areas that you feel we could improve, do let us know.

Your feedback is important to us, and we do our best to act on it when we can.
